摘要
随着合成氨、热电等项目不断扩产增效,要求输煤系统能力大大提高,输送量或输送速度的增大使物料对溜槽或溜管的磨损变大。而衬板的使用能够减少输煤系统中溜槽的磨损情况。本文对衬板在溜槽中的作用以及衬板材料的选择进行了分析,浅谈了溜槽衬板在输煤系统中的使用。
With scale expansion of synthetic ammonia, heat electricity and other projects, the capacity of coal handling system is required for great improvement. Increase of delivery capacity or delivery speed makes wear of chute or slip pipe more serious. Using liner can reduce wear of the chute in coal handling system. In this paper, role of liner in chute and selection of liner material are analyzed. Application of chute liner in coal handing system is also discussed preliminarily.
