摘要
我国通过参与全球价值链分工使得经济迅速发展,但产业结构依然处于价值链分工中低端位置,而要实现经济的可持续发展,我国制造业就必须由价值链低端向高端转移。2013年中国提出了"一带一路"战略,积极发展与沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系,潮州处于21世纪海上丝绸之路中的重要地理位置。通过对潮州陶瓷产业价值链分析,发现潮州陶瓷产业可以充分利用"一带一路"战略分工网络,将处于价值链低端的生产制造环节向"一带一路"沿线经济欠发达国家转移,控制利润丰厚的设计研发、品牌打造、销售、服务等环节。在此基础上,对潮州陶瓷产业价值链进行规划再设计,实现潮州陶瓷产业价值链增值。
China had has made rapid economic development by participating in the global value chain division,butindustrial structure was in low-end position. Our country manufacturing industry must be from low-end to high-endvalue chain for economy sustainable development. In 2013, China put forward the strategy of "the Belt and Road" ,and actively developed economic partnership with countries along the line. Chaozhou was in an important geographicalposition in 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. This paper through to analyzing of value chain of Chaozhou ceramicindustry found that Chaozhou ceramic industry could transfer production manufacturing to economic less-developedcountries of "the Belt and Road" and control lucrative design research and development, brand building, sales, serviceand other sectors by making full use of "the Belt and Road" strategic division of labor network. On this basisChaozhou ceramics industry could realize the target of value chain appreciation by planning and designing of valuechain.
