摘要
基于以天然气为热源的催化燃烧炉系统,进行烧制琉璃瓦的探索实验。通过对炉内温度场与催化燃烧状态的控制以及炉烟气成分的测定,寻求最适宜的烧成制度,分析了炉内烧成气氛以及催化燃烧表面的热辐射。研究结果表明:炉内为强氧化气氛,燃烧器表面产生很高的热辐射向琉璃瓦传递热量,使琉璃瓦均匀受热。烧成的琉璃瓦当成品外观美观生动,釉面非常透亮。同时催化燃烧烟气中含有极少量NO_x等污染物,显示催化燃烧炉具有环保特性。
This paper explored the method of firing glazed tile based on catalytic combustion furnaces system withnatural gas as heat source. Through the control of temperature inside the furnace and the catalytic combustioncondition and determination of flue gas composition to seek the optimum firing schedule. Then the firing atmosphereinside the furnace and thermal radiation on the surface of catalytic combustion were analyzed. The results showed thatthe internal of furnace was strong oxidizing atmosphere, and there was high thermal radiation from the burner surfaceto glazed tile, the glazed tile was uniform heat. Looking from the appearance the glazed tile product is beautiful andvivid, especially the glaze of it looks very bright. At the same time there was a small amount of pollutants such asNOx, which shows the environmental significance of the catalytic combustion furnaces.
