摘要 对于组织而言,持续成长至关重要。随着环境的变化,若要做到持续成长,组织需要做出相应的改变。通过研究现代企业的管理实践,发现这些企业之所以能够突破困境并在不确定的环境中获得成长,是因为其不再固守旧的组织模式,而是变成了更加主动灵活的组织。这样的组织与东方文化中水的特征相契合,因此,本文提出了水样组织的概念。所谓水样组织,是指像水一样可以灵活应对环境变化的动态组织。水样组织是组织内部驱动力与外部适应力的统一,呈现出"内在坚韧、外在柔和"的品性,具有坚韧性、个体能动性、动态适应性、融合性四大特征。打造水样组织可以帮助企业在动态环境下创造持续竞争优势。水样组织概念可以丰富和拓展现有组织理论的观点和维度。 It is very important for an organization to grow sustainably. Organizations should adjust to the environmental changes in order to gain sustainable growth. By studying the management practice of modern businesses, this paper finds the reason for driving these enterprises to overcome hardships and gain growth in uncertain environment, lies in that instead of depending on the old organizational models, they change themselves into more flexible organizations. Such organizations fit the character of water in oriental culture, so this paper proposes the concept of water-form organizations. Just like water, water-form organizations are the kind of dynamic organizations which can adapt to the environmental changes. Water-form organizations are a combination of internal power and external adaption, so they embody the mixture of internal hardness and external softness, which include four characteristics, namely tenacity, individual initiative, dynamic adaptability, and integration. The construction of water-form organizations can help companies to create sustained competitive advantages in dynamic environment. Such new concept can also enrich and extend the perspectives and dimensions of contemporary organization theory.
