摘要
为培育"中国制造2025"发展战略所需的高素质工程科技人才,针对机械工程类本科专业《机械制造基础》和《金属工艺学》两门专业基础课程的教学状况及存在不足,以景德镇陶瓷大学为例,基于高等工程教育专业认证,大力开展《机械制造基础理论及实践》教学改革和创新。该课程综合了原有《机械制造基础》和《金属工艺学》课程的知识架构和实践体系,注重理论教学与实践训练的有机结合。教学改革实践结果表明,优化整合了教学内容,改进了教学方式,为后续专业课的学习奠定了基础,为机械工程类及近机械类本科专业的基础课程教学实践提供了有益借鉴。
In order to cultivate high-quality engineering science and technology talents needed for development strategy of Made in China 2025,in view of teaching situation and existing problems of two basic course including Mechanical Manufacturing Foundation an Metal Technology for undergraduate major in mechanical engineering,taking Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute as an example,teaching reform and innovation of Basic Theory and Practice of Mechanical Manufacturing based on engineering education accreditation were carried out. The course combined existing knowledge framework and practice system of fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Foundation and Metal Technology. Organic combination of theoretical teaching and practical training was emphasized. Practice of teaching reform showed that content of courses was optimized and integrated,teaching methods were improved. It laid foundation for study of following specialized courses and provided useful reference for teaching practice of basic courses in mechanical engineering and near mechanical specialty.
