北京市“十三五”发展设施农业集群探讨

Preliminary Discussion on Development of Protected Agricultural Cluster in Beijing According to ‘the 13th Five-Year Plan’

世界设施园艺发达的国家和地区,均呈现出设施产业集群发展、单位土地面积产出不断增加和单个劳动力效率不断提高的趋势。我国设施农业集群化发展是政策、资源、社会、科技和经济等诸多方面共同作用的必然结果。"十三五"是北京发展现代设施农业集群的重要战略期,在对比国内外差距以及北京实际需求的基础上,探讨了北京"十三五"期间发展设施农业产业集群的条件及需要关注和突破的主要问题,并提出了相应发展建议。

Protected agricultural development is showing a trend of cluster development,continuous increase in per unit yield and individual labor efficiency in all protected horticultural developed countries and regions. We can due protected agricultural cluster development in China to policy,resources,society,science and technology,economics etc. The 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development is the very significant strategic period for the development of modern protected agricultural cluster in Beijing. According to actual development need of Beijing and comparative study between China and abroad,all conditions and problems which need to be concerned and solved during the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of Beijing in terms of developing protected agricultural cluster were discussed,and suggestions were proposed.
