多元化经营对农业上市公司绩效的影响

Influence of Diversification on Performance of Agricultural Listed Companies

农业上市公司作为农业行业中的领头人,在一定程度上反映了我国农业企业发展的现状,目前农业企业多元化经营已经成了一种普遍现象。利用农业上市公司数据分析多元化对公司绩效的影响,研究发现多元化经营对公司绩效有着反向影响,对民营公司更是如此,我国农业上市公司的多元化经营策略有待提高改善。

Agricultural listed companies reflects development of China＇s agricultural enterprises as a leader in the agricultural industry in a certain degree. The diversification of agricultural enterprises has become a common phenomenon currently. Impact of diversification strategy on corporate performance was analyzed using data of agricultural companies. It found that diversification has a negative impact on corporate performance,especially for private companies,and China＇ s agricultural listed companies diversified business strategy need to be improved.
