摘要
利用半导体激光器在40Cr模具钢表面熔覆铁基合金,通过XRD分析了熔覆层形貌、显微组织和物相组成,测试了复合熔覆层的显微硬度和磨损性能,为在40Cr模具钢表面制备优质合金熔覆层提供试验依据。结果表明,在选择适当的激光熔覆工艺条件下,制备的复合熔覆层表面形貌良好,平整连续且无宏观裂纹。
The semiconductor laser was used for cladding Fe-base alloy on the surface of 40Cr die steel. The surface morphology, microstructure, phase composition of the cladding layer were analyzed by XRD. The microhardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer were tested. It provided an experiment basis for the preparation of high quality alloy clad- ding layer on 40Cr die steel surface. The results showed that the composite cladding layer morphology was good, smooth, continuous and without macroscopic crack by choosing an appropriate laser cladding process conditions.
