摘要
抽水蓄能机组能够承担抽水和发电等多种运行任务,而且不同运行工况间启停转换灵活。抽水蓄能机组的这一技术特性,使其成为优良的调峰电源,在优化系统电源结构、促进风电等清洁可再生能源大规模开发方面发挥着十分重要的作用。本文从客观分析电力系统运行规律入手,通过建立较为严谨的数学模型,具体说明抽水蓄能机组的低谷调峰原理、价值,以及弃风、调停火电机组和建设运行抽水蓄能之间的技术、经济对比关系,旨在为丰富抽水蓄能发展理论、科学决策抽水蓄能电站运行方式提供理论支撑。
Pumped storage units have various operation modes such as pumping and power generation, and the switching between different operating conditions is flexible. The technology characteristics of pumped storage unit, making it a good load power supply, the optimization of system power supply structure, promote clean renewable energy sources such as wind power large-scale development plays a very important role.
