基于抽水蓄能机组黑启动特性的调速系统设计

摘要 本文通过研究抽水蓄能机组黑启动对调速器液压控制系统的要求,指出了目前进口调速系统设备存在的问题和国内设计上的不足,讨论了大型抽水蓄能机组调速系统液压装置的配置及设计原则,提出了油压装置压力罐容积计算方法、直流油泵的配置、主配压阀的液压控制回路设计、分段关闭装置设计等,可以为我国大型蓄能电站调速系统的设计及改造提供有益借鉴。 On the base of the black start of pumped-storage units,the requirements of turbine governor are developed. Currently domestic imported governors still remain some problems and shortages in design. The principle of configure and design for hydraulic system of governor are discussed in this paper. The calculating method of Pressure tank volume,the configure of DC motor,hydraulic circuit design of main distributing valve and the design of two-step closing device are proposed. It can provide the useful references for the design of governor of large pumpedstorage stations in our country.
