摘要
发电机的短路特性试验和空载特性试验是发电机的基本试验,关系到发电机组能否安全、稳定和可靠地运行,因此新安装的发电机在投入商业运行前,必须对其进行短路特性试验和空载特性试验。本文介绍了某新建抽水蓄能电站1号机组调试期间进行的发电电动机短路特性及空载特性试验的试验接线和试验步骤,绘制了实测发电电动机短路特性曲线及空载特性曲线,求取了发电电动机的直轴同步电抗不饱和值和短路比。短路特性及空载特性试验数据分析表明,该新建抽水蓄能电站1号发电电动机三相电流、电压均对称,转子绕组无匝间短路现象,定子铁心无局部短路情况,发电电动机的电气性能与制造厂家提供的数值相吻合。
Short circuit characteristic test and no-load characteristic test of generators are basic tests for generators,since they relate to the safe,stable and reliable operation of generators.Therefore,for newly installed generators,short circuit characteristic test and no-load characteristic test must be conducted before they commit to commercial operation. In this paper,we introduce the test wiring and test procedures of short circuit characteristic test and no-load characteristic test for motor-generator of a newlybuilt pumped storage power plant during 1# unit commissioning,draw the measured short circuit characteristic curve and no-load characteristic curve of motor-generator,and solve the unsaturated value of direct-axis synchronous reactance and short circuit ratioof motor-generator. Data analyzations of short circuit characteristic test and no-load characteristic test show that,for 1# motorgenerator of the newly-built pumped storage power plant,threephase current and three phase voltage are symmetric,interturn short circuit have not appeared in rotor windings,partial short circuit have not appeared in stator core,electrical performance of motor-generator is consistent to counterpart that provided by manufacturer.
