摘要
合成温度在PcBN的合成过程中是至关重要的一项工艺参数,不同的合成温度对PcBN的质量以及切削性能等重要方面将会产生突出的影响。文章通过完成不同温度下的PcBN合成实验,并利用现代化检测手段对各组样品进行检测分析,研究了不同温度对PcBN质量及性能的影响,并且分析了产生这些影响的原因。
The synthesis temperature is a crucial process parameter in the synthetic process of PcBN, and the different synthesis temperature will have a prominent influence on the quality of PcBN and its cutting performance. The influence of of different temperature on the quality and performance of PcBN has been studied by PcBN synthesis experiments under different temperatures, and all samples have been tested and analyzed through modern testing methods, and the reasons for these influences have been discussed.
