摘要
采用不同烧结温度、相同的保温时间无压烧结制备纯LiTaO_3陶瓷。通过对不同烧结温度制备的LiTaO_3陶瓷的收缩率、SEM显微结构观察及硬度分析,得出以下结论:在1100-1350℃、烧结时间2 h条件下无压烧结制备的LiTaO_3陶瓷均不致密,内部存在较多气孔;烧结温度为1200℃制备的LiTaO_3陶瓷的样品收缩率最大,其表面形貌和断口形貌中气孔较少,烧结性优于其它温度下烧结制备的LiTaO_3陶瓷;1200℃烧结的LiTaO_3陶瓷的硬度值最大,其显微硬度值为118 HV。无压烧结方法不能制备致密的纯LiTaO_3陶瓷。
LiTaO3 ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering at different temperatures. The investigation of the LiTaO3 ceramics by shrinkage test, SEM morphology observation and microhardness analysis shows that there are pores and defects in ceramics sintered at 1100- 1350℃ for 2 h. Shrinkage and a little pore exist in LiTaO3 ceramics sintered at 1200℃. The maximum microhardness is 118 HV when the sintering temperature of LiTaO3 ceramics is 1200 ℃. Densification of pure LiTaO3ceramics cannot be obtained by the sintering method.
