摘要
针对新疆大风区输电线金具受长期大风影响,出现金具严重磨损的情况,建立了关于U型环剩余强度的径向BP基神经网络模型,在磨损试验与破坏载荷试验的基础上,得到了磨损载荷、摆动次数的U型环剩余强度预测模型,模型较为准确。同时,建立了U型环磨损后剩余尺寸与剩余强度之间的预测模型,为实际输电线路的维护、检修提供参考。根据数据分析得出,U型环的磨损速率为0.76 mm/万次。
Aimed at serious wear condition of transmission line hardware in Xinjiang wind region, the U-shaped ring radial BP neural network model of hardware residual strength was established on the basis of wear test and failure load test under different experimental parameters. Using the model, the forecasted residual strength of U-shaped ring is more accurate. And using the model can conveniently estimate the service life of U-shaped ring. It can provide a reference for practical maintenance and overhaul of the transmission line.
