摘要
以国内某钢厂特厚板坯连铸结晶器作为研究对象,采用1∶2模型进行水模拟实验,通过DJ800型多功能监测系统,研究了不同拉速和水口插入深度对连铸特厚板结晶器液面波动的影响。实验结果表明:同样的插入深度下提高拉速或者相同的拉速下减小插入深度都会使结晶器液面波动增加。
Taking a continuous casting mold for extra-thickness slab in a domestic steel mills as a research object, the 1:2 scale of water mode and a kind of DJ800 multifunctional monitoring system were established to investigate the effect of casting speed and immersion depth on level surface fluctuation in the continuous casting mold. The experimental result show that level surface fluctuation exacerbates with the increase of casting speed or the decrease of immersion depth.
