W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2/304不锈钢瞬时液相扩散焊研究

摘要 真空条件下,以非晶BNi_2为中间层,利用瞬时液相扩散焊制备W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2/304不锈钢双金属复合材料。结果表明,不同影响因素对W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2/304不锈钢双金属复合材料界面力学性能的影响程度从大到小依次为:连接温度、保温时间和连接压力。当连接温度为1 200℃,连接压力为6 MPa,保温时间为8 min时,获得了具有良好界面组织和力学性能的W_6Mo_5Cr_4V_2/304不锈钢双金属复合材料,其界面拉伸强度超过304不锈钢的拉伸强度,界面剪切强度达329 MPa。 Under vacuum condition, W6Mo5Cr4V2/304 stainless steel bimetallic composite was prepared by transient liquid phase diffusion bonding technology with amorphous BNi2 as an interlayer. Orthogonal test method shows that main influence factors on mechanical properties of the interface of W6Mo5Cr4V2/304 stainless steel bimetallic composite from big to small in proper order is bonding temperature, holding time and bonding pressure. The W6Mo5Cr4V2/304 stainless steel bimetallic composite with good interface structure and mechanical properties can be prepared at the bonding temperature of 1 200 ℃, the holding time of 8 min and the bonding pressure of 6 MPa. The tensile strength of the interface of bimetallic composite is bigger than 304 stainless steel, and the shear strength of the interface is 329 MPa.
