妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血清脂肪因子Chemerin及白介素-6的表达

Expression of chemerin and interleukin-6 in serum in pregnant women with gestational diabetes

目的探讨血清脂肪因子Chemerin及白介素-6(IL-6)与妊娠期糖尿病发生、发展的关系及相互作用。方法选取2014年6月‐2015年6月济宁医学院附属医院50例正常孕妇(正常组)及50例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇(GDM组),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测终止妊娠前母体外周血中Chemerin及IL-6水平,行组间分析,分析其与临床相关特征的关系。结果 (1)GDM组Chemerin的表达明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);GDM组IL-6的表达高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)相关性分析表明,GDM组血Chemerin水平与IL-6呈显著正相关(r=0.756,P<0.01)。结论 GDM患者血清Chemerin及IL-6水平升高,可能参与了妊娠期糖尿病孕妇糖代谢紊乱,且IL-6对Chemerin的分泌可能具有一定的调节作用。

【Objective】To investigate chemerin and interleukin-6（IL-6） expression in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM） and normal pregnant women, and explore the effect of chemerin and IL-6 in the pathogenesis of GDM. 【Methods】Fifty cases of normal pregnant women（control group） and fifty cases of pregnant women with GDM admitted in the hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect the expression levels of chemerin and IL-6 in maternal blood before termination of pregnancy, the results were compared between the two groups, and the relationship with clinically relevant characteristics was analyzed.【Results】The expression levels of chemerin in maternal blood before termination of pregnancy in GDM group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 0.01）. IL-6 level of maternal blood was significantly higher in the GDM group than that in the control group（P 0.05）. Correlation analysis revealed that maternal plasma chemerin level before delivery was positively correlated with IL-6 expression（r =0.756, P 0.01）. 【Conclusion】The levels of serum chemerin and IL-6 in pregnant women with GDM obviously increase, the levels of serum chemerin may play a role in the disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism of pregnant women with GDM, and the level of IL-6 may regulate the secretion of chemerin.
