中西医结合在多囊卵巢综合征不孕中的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察中西医结合疗法用于多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者中的疗效。方法选取2012年1月‐2014年1月医院收治的62例多囊卵巢综合征患者为受试对象,患者均有不孕症。根据随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组,两组分别31例。对照组口服克罗米芬胶囊、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加中医药治疗。结果观察组患者在治疗后的临床总有效率高达96.77%,与对照组的70.97%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经治疗后患者促黄体生成素(LH)、LH/卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均降低,但观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者雌二醇(E2)水平均升高,但观察组患者E2更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法对于改善多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效更为可靠,且患者激素LH、LH/FSH及E2水平的改善更为明显,有助于提高妊娠率和排卵率,值得推广和应用。

【Objective】To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.【Methods】A total of 62 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomiphene capsule and chorionic gonadotropin therapy, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of treatment in the control group.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was as high as 96.77%, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.01）. After treatment luteinizing hormone（LH） and luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone（LH/FSH） ratio were decreased more significantly in the observation group than in the control group（P 0.05）; estradiol（E2） levels were both increased in the two groups, but the E2 of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was more reliable with more significant improvements in the hormone levels such as LH, LH/FSH and E2, it will help to improve the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
