本文根据航道项目决策的特点 ,应用模糊数学和灰色理论相结合 ,建立模糊灰关联决策模型 。

Based on features of decision-making of waterway projects, the fuzzy grey interrelation (FGI) model is established, in which fuzzy mathematics is combined with the grey system theory. The model has been applied successfully to the decision-making of waterway projects.
