摘要
本文针对含有一定毒性的中药治疗癌症进行阐述。笔者认为使用"毒药"治疗癌症晚期患者,对其生存和预后都有非常重要的作用,尤其是伴有转移的患者。灵活地运用中医学理论,客观地认识中药的毒性,熟悉毒性中药品种及所含毒性成分,掌握其用法用量及注意事项,针对不同患者个体化规范化治疗,可预防毒性中药中毒事件的发生。笔者从4个层面去认识毒药治癌的可行性,并从肠道菌群的角度去展望毒药治癌的规范化使用。
The main idea of this paper is to clarify treatment of toxic Chinese medicines for cancer patients. Toxic Chinese medicines play important roles in survival and prognosis of cancer patients, especially for metastatic patients. The poisoning incidents of toxic Chinese medicines can be preventable and avoidable provided that toxic ingredients contained in Chinese medicines are well mastered, the dosages of those toxic medicines are controlled, standardized and individualized treatments are targeted at different patients. From the point of intestinal flora, authors looked forward to future standardized use of toxic Chinese medicines for cancer patients.
