摘要
职业性向是职教教师积极投入教学并长期保持教育热度的情意保障。职教教师职业性向有作为社会人的宽广豁达、作为心理人的对话沟通、作为教育人的人文关怀、作为实践人的务实细致等特征。目前的研究中缺乏对职教教师职业性向的关注。职业院校需从职教教师的入职考察、在职培养等方面高度重视职教师资的职业性向培养。
Vocational aptitude is a kind of emotional support for vocational education teachers to actively devote themselves to teaching and to maintain the educational level for a long time. Vocational education teachers' professional aptitude is as broad as a social person, as a dialogue between the psychological communication, as a humanistic concern for the education, as a practical and careful characteristics of the people. In the present study, there is a lack of attention to the professional aptitude of vocational education teachers. Vocational colleges should attach great importance to the orientation of vocational education teachers from the aspects of vocational education teachers' inservice training and in-service training.
