中外合作开展现代学徒制人才培养实证分析——以天津商务职业学院为例

Empirical Analysis on Developing Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation by Sino-foreign Cooperation——The Case of Tianjin College of Commerce

天津商务职业学院与新加坡叶水福物流与供应链集团合作,探索出订单式招生培养、学校、企业一体化育人的有效机制,并从形式、内容、模式、效果四方面创新现代学徒制人才培养模式,培养学生的操作技能和职业精神。中外合作建立现代学徒创新培养模式过程中还存在学生实习签证、企业文化差异、专业人才培养方案修改、校企合作经费等问题,需要合作双方努力协调,及时监督,明确责任,同时政府也要给予现代学徒制人才培养专项经费支持。

Tianjin College of Commerce and Singapore-YCH Group join hand and establishe an effective, ＂order-oriented＂ and collegeenterprise integrated talent education mechanism, and innovate the mode of talent cultivation in modern apprenticeship from four aspects of form, content, mode and effect so as to cultivate students＇ operational skills and vocational sprit. Aiming at the problems in Sino-foreign cooperation in establishing modern apprentice innovation training mode, such as student internship visa, the difference of enterprise culture, professional talent training scheme modifying, university-enterprise cooperation funds and so on, it is necessary for both cooperative sides to coordinate industriously, timely supervise, clear responsibility; at the same time, the government will give special funds to support the modern apprenticeship training.
