应用技术型大学与高职高专院校人才培养目标比较分析

Comparative Study on Objective of Personnel Cultivation between Technology-Applied Universities and Higher Vocational Colleges

应用技术型大学与高职高专同属职业教育类型,其培养目标都是面向工作世界的技术技能人才,但是二者在人才培养的层次、质量以及对技术的要求上存在明显不同。两者人才培养目标的差异具有同型异质特点,是因为所要求的技术性质不尽相同导致的。高职高专院校人才培养目标偏重于技能,应用技术型大学人才培养偏重于技术,而校企合作则是实现二者人才培养目标的有效路径。

Technology-applied universities and higher vocational colleges are types of vocational education. Their training objectives are to cultivate technical and skilled talents for the world of work, but there is obvious difference in the level and quality of personnel training and the requirements for technology. The differences in the personnel training objectives between them are of the same type and heterogeneity, which is due to the different nature of the required technology. The target of talent training in higher vocational colleges is more emphasis on skills, while the target of training of talents in applied technical universities focuses more on technology. The school-enterprise cooperation is the effective way to achieve the target of talent cultivation between them.
