转型背景下地方应用技术大学图书馆建设探讨

Study on Library Construction of Local Applied Technology Universities' under Background of Transformation

面对应用技术大学转型的全新背景,地方高校图书馆的现阶段建设存在馆藏资源局限性、服务类型单一性、管理模式滞后性等方面的问题,其原因主要在于传统的高校图书馆以服务于学术科研、学科建设为主,对实体经济和应用技术创新关注不足。对此,应以校企合作、产教融合为契机,推进多样化、特色化、共享化的资源建设;构建满足学术科研和实体经济需求的双重服务格局;推行开放性、社会化、信息化的管理模式,进而提高地方大学图书馆的社会服务水平。

Under the new background of transformation of applied technology university, many problems occur in libraries construction of local universities at this stage, such as limitation of library collections, unicity of service form, hysteretic management mode, etc. The main reason lies in that traditional universities give priorities to academic research and discipline construction and are devoid of focusing on entity economy and innovation of applied technology. Thus, we should take the opportunity of university-enterprise cooperation and industryeducation integration to boost resource construction with features of diversity, characteristic and sharing; build double service model which meets the demands of academic research and entity economy; carry out the management mode with the features of openness, socialization and informatization; and further improve the social service level of libraries of local universities.
