装配式建筑工程定额原始数据处理方法有效性研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的日益完善以及装配式建筑行业新工艺、新技术、新材料的不断涌现,编制符合于各省实际情况的定额与计价依据成为了各省、市造价管理部门当前最为紧迫的任务。不同于传统定额编制,由于当前装配式建筑工程项目较少,可收集的相关资料十分稀少,因此为编制科学、合理的装配式建筑工程定额,编制工作人员需要在传统编制方法的基础上,进行系统性的创新。本文基于装配式建筑工程原始数据的角度,对装配式建筑工程原始数据传递过程中,出现算术平均处理方法不合理的情况,提出改进优化算法。并在收集外墙板、叠合梁、内/隔墙、叠合板吊装人工工日的基础上,结合理论分析,运用SPSS、Matlab软件等工具,对算术平均算法与改进优化算法进行实证研究。研究装配式建筑工程原始数据处理方法有效性,对保证装配式建筑工程定额编制具有十分重要的意义,也有利于保障装配式建筑工程的定额编制具有客观性,并在人力、物力、财力十分有限的情况下,有利于降低个别极端数据对最终装配式建筑工程定额的影响。 Preparation of quota and valuation basis in line with actual situation in different provinces becomes the most urgent task of cost management departments at different provinces and cities at present with increasingly perfect socialist market economic system and continuous emergence of new process, new technology and new material in the prefabricated construction industry. The method is different from traditional quota making, since there are less prefabricated construction projects at present, very rare related data can be collected, preparation working staff should systematically innovate on the basis of traditional preparation methods in order to pre- pare scientific and reasonable prefabricated construction engineering quota. In the paper, arithmetic average processing method is not reasonable; improvement and optimization of algorithm are proposed in the process of conveying raw data of the prefabricated construction projects from the perspective of raw data of prefabricated construction projects. Theoretical analysis is combined; SPSS and Matlab software and other tools are applied for empirical research on arithmetic average algorithm and improved optimization al- gorithm on the basis of collecting external wall panels, composite beam, inner wall/partition wall and superimposed slab hoisting artifi- cial man-days. The validity of prefabricated construction engineering raw data processing methods is studied, which has very impor- tant significance on guarantee of prefabricated construction engineering quota establishment and is beneficial for quota establishment of prefabricated construction engineering with high objectivity. The method is beneficial for reducing the influence of individual extreme data on final prefabricated construction engineering quota under the condition of extremely limited manpower, material resources and financial resources.
