摘要
装配式建筑将人们传统观念中的"建造"房屋转型升级为"制造"房屋,预制与现浇工艺的结合、叠合构件的灵活运用给招标工程量清单及招标控制价编制带来新的概念,如何准确、合理地进行成本控制,全面正确地评价新型产业的投资成本,是工程造价咨询人员面临的新课题。
House ＇building＇ in people＇s traditional concept is transformed and updated into house ＇manufacturing＇ by prefabricated construction. New concepts are brought to preparation of bidding BOQ and bidding control price by combination of pre-cast and cast-in-place technology as well as flexible application of composite components. How to control cost accurately and rationally, and evaluate the investment cost of novel industry comprehensively and correctly is a new topic faced by engineering cost consultants.
