国际大型主题乐园的投资估算一般由国外开发商完成,其编制理念和具体方法与国内投资项目的估算迥异,同时由于其鲜明的主题元素导致估算的内容和结构上也呈现出差异化的特点;本文旨在通过对国外开发商编制的典型估算的介绍,来分析国际大型主题乐园项目的估算编制架构及思路,同时对若干估算编制过程中需要引起注意的问题进行了阐述,为类似项目的估算编制或分析提供参考。

Investment estimation of international large-scale theme parks is usually finished by foreign developers. The compiling ideas and specific methods are different from the estimation of domestic investment projects. Meanwhile, estimation content and structure also show characteristics of alienation due to distinctive theme elements. In the paper, typical estimation complied by foreign de- velopers is introduced to analyze the estimate preparation architecture and thought trains of international large-scale theme park proj-ects. Meanwhile, several problems needing attention in the estimate preparation process are described, thereby providing reference for estimate preparation or analysis in similar projects.
