目前,现代有轨电车在国内迎来了建设高峰,但其造价因采用的技术和建设标准不同而千差万别,这给现代有轨电车项目造价控制带来困难。本文旨在总结控制现代有轨电车工程造价技术特征及搜集具有代表性项目资料的基础上,分析典型项目工程造价、技术经济指标以及造价组成,并推断影响造价的主要因素,从而建立现代有轨电车造价指标基本模型。造价指标基本模型对现代有轨电车技术选型以及造价控制具有重要的指导意义。

Modern trams usher in domestic construction peak at present. However, its cost is greatly different due to different technolo- gies and construction standards, thereby leading to difficulties on cost control of modern trams projects. The paper aims at summarizing technical characteristics for controlling modern tram project cost and searching representative project data. Typical project engi- neering cost, technical and economic index and cost composition are analyzed, and main factors influencing the construction cost are concluded, thereby establishing a basic model of modern tram cost index. The basic model of cost index has important significance for model selection of modern tram technology and cost control.
