5年生人工种植人参超微粉对自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用及机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察5年生人工种植人参超微粉对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法将50只SHR随机分为对照组、阳性药卡托普利组及人参超微粉0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg组,每组10只。采用尾动脉测压法测量SHR给药前及给药后30、60、90天的动脉血压,测定超声心动图及血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)、内皮素(ET)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、一氧化氮(NO)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等指标,初步探讨其降压机制。结果人参超微粉0.5、1.0 g/kg于给药30、60、90天均可使SHR的平均动脉压明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),使Ang Ⅱ、ET、NE、MDA及TNF-α含量明显降低,SOD活性明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),对超声心动图、血清NO及IL-6含量无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论人参超微粉长期服用可产生降压作用,其机制可能与抑制交感神经与肾素-血管紧张素系统,改善内皮功能紊乱以及抗自由基氧化损伤等作用有关。 Objective : To study hypotensive effect and mechanism of superfine powder of Panax ginseng on spontaneous hypertensive rats. Methods : SHR were randomly divided into control group, malotilate group and superfine powder of Panax ginseng 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 g/kg groups. The mean arterial pressure of SHR was determined in 30, 60 and 90 days. The eehocardiography and Angiotensin II (AnglI), Endothelin (ET) , norepinephrine (NE), nitric oxide (NO), Interleukin -6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide disnmtase (SOD) were also determined in 91 days. Results : After treated by superfine powder of Panax ginseng (in a dosage of 0.5 and 1.0 g/kg) for 30, 60 and 90 days, the mean arterial pressure was significantly decreased.The contents of AnglI, ET, NE, MDA and TNF-α Was decreased, the activity of SOD increased significantly,but the echocardiography, NO and IL-6 showed no significant change in 91 days. Conclusion : Long term application of superfine powder of Panax ginseng has the function of reducing blood pressure,which may be associated with inhibition of sympathetic and renin angiotensin, improvement of endothelial Functional disorder, and anti oxidation of free radicals.
