基于灰色聚类的工程项目职业健康管理评价研究

摘要 在工程项目建设过程中,人员劳动强度大、作业环境恶劣等特点使工人健康风险增大,因此加强职业健康管理尤为重要。基于此,以工程项目施工全过程为出发点,从施工准备阶段、施工过程阶段和竣工验收阶段三个层面建立职业健康管理评价指标体系,引入Shapley值赋权法和灰色聚类法建立一套工程项目职业健康管理评价模型,旨在更好地评价项目职业健康管理水平,从而推动项目职业健康管理的发展。 In the construction process of engineering projects,personnel labor intensity,poor operating environment and other characteristics increase health risks of the workers,therefore strengthening occupational health management is more important. Based on this,taking the whole process of engineering projects construction as the starting point,the paper sets up an evaluation index system of occupational health management from the three levels of construction preparation stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage,introduces Shapley value weighting method and grey clustering method to establish a set of occupational health management evaluation model,in order to better evaluate the level and promote the development of the occupational health management.
