摘要
结合国内外城市轨道交通PPP项目的研究与实践经验,对比分析客流量和车公里两种政府补贴模式的特点。建立轨道交通PPP项目的测算模型,结合案例进行计算,验证两种补贴模式的适用性和科学性,以期为相关PPP项目的咨询单位与决策者提供参考。
Combined with the research and practice experiences of urban rail transit PPP projects at home and abroad,the paper comparatively analyzes the characteristics of traffic and car kilometers of government subsidy modes. Establishes the calculation model of urban rail transit PPP projects,combined with the case to calculate,verifies the applicability and scientificity of the two modes of government subsidy,so as to provide references for the PPP advisory body and the decision makers.
