摘要
花园水库是已列入全国172项重大节水供水工程的近期拟建工程,原设计功能以灌溉为主,兼顾下游防洪。根据新的治水方针、发展理念和水资源管理制度,花园水库设计功能应当增加城镇供水、湿地补水功能;灌区工程按"排降蓄灌"模式和"绿色"理念重新设计,达到节水目的。
The Huayuan reservoir has been listed in the proposal projects of 172 major national water-saving and water supply projects in recent years, its original design functions is mainly for irrigation, taking into account flood control of the downstream. According to the new policy of water regulation, development ideas and water resources management system, the design of Huayuan reservoir should increase the functions of water supply for cities and towns and water replenishment for wetland, and the irrigation area project should re-design in line with the model of ＂drainage, decrease, storage and irrigation＂ and the idea of ＂green＂ for achieving the objective of saving water.
