摘要
区块链技术已经从概念论证走到实践应用环节,率先成熟的一些功能可以应用于私募股权领域。本文建议多方参与的区块链存证,兼容公证、司法鉴定中心等技术路线。区块链能够较好地提升私募股权交易领域的透明度、精准性,为交易提供稳定中后台服务。
Block chain technology finished the theoretical demonstration and was applied in practice. Some mature technology can be applied in private equity.
