摘要
通过观察和表征聚碳酸酯在高温高湿条件下放置不同时间后的外观形貌、红外光谱、玻璃化转变温度、拉伸性能、弯曲性能和冲击性能,研究了高温高湿加速老化对聚碳酸酯结构和性能的影响,并分析了聚碳酸酯在高温高湿加速老化后的材料失效情况。实验结果表明,聚碳酸酯在高温高湿的环境下,分解的原理符合热氧老化机理。聚碳酸酯老化14 d后性能下降明显,老化30 d后已经完全失效。
Through observing the appearance of polycarbonate and characterizing spectroscopy, glass transition temperature, tensile and flexural and impact properties of polycarbonate after aging in high temperature and humidity environment for different time, the effects of high temperature and humidity accelerated aging on the structure and properties of polycarbonate were investigated. The material failure situation of polycarbonate after accelerated aging was also analyzed. Experimental results show that in high temperature and humidity environment, the decomposition principle of polycarbonate agrees with the mechanism of thermal oxidative aging. The performance of polycarbonate decreased obviously after aging for 14 d, and the polycarbonate completely failed after aging for 30 d.
