摘要
成型精度一直是熔融沉积成型(FDM)打印的关键问题,在分析了FDM成型原理、实践经验和硬件条件的基础上,对层高、打印速度、打印温度三个参数进行了优化设计。根据FDM成型原理建立理论模型,运用Matlab软件仿真分析了打印速度、打印温度、层高三个参数对制件表面质量的影响机理,设计三因素三水平正交试验方案来探究各参数对各方向尺寸精度的影响程度,确定了使得各方向成型精度较高的优方案,进而实现了FDM工艺参数优化。而试验结果也验证了理论与试验的一致,为实际操作提出理论指导。
Since the molding precision has been the key problem of the fused deposition modeling (FDM) printing. The paper optimized three parameters of layer height, printing speed and temperature on the basis of the analysis of FDM forming process, practical experience and hardware condition. The article established the theoretical model, analyzed the influence of the three parameters on the surface quality of the part by Matlab and designed the three-factor three-level orthogonal test scheme to explore the influence degree of each parameter on the dimensional accuracy of each direction so as to realize the optimization of FDM process parameters. And the experimental results also verify the unity of theory and experiment, which put forwards theoretical guidance for practical operation.
