摘要
为了降低已经初步降解的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的结晶度,以适应碳粉树脂的性能要求,选用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)来抑制PET的结晶;采用傅里叶红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪和热失重分析仪对其进行分子结构、结晶性能、熔体黏度以及热稳定性进行分析。研究发现,PBT对PET的特征吸收峰无明显影响,PBT形成的晶体能抑制PET的结晶,样品熔体黏度随PBT的增加先增大后减小,其热稳定性随着PBT的增加而下降。当PBT加入量为10%时,样品的综合性能最好。
In order to reduce the crystallinity of the preliminarily degradative polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to meet the performance requirements of toner resin, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) was used to inhibit the crystallization of PET. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, rotational rheometer and thermal gravimetric analyzer were used to analysis the molecular structure, crystallinity, melt viscosity and thermal stability. It is found that PBT has no obvious effect on the characteristic absorption peak of PET. The crystals formed by PBT could inhibit the crystallization of PET. The melt viscosity of sample increases first and then decreases with PBT increasing. The thermal stability decreases with the increase of PBT. When the amount of PBT was 10%, the comprehensive performance of samples was the best.
