摘要
以公共环境座椅和垃圾箱为研究对象,以木塑复合材料为实例,分析其在公共环境座椅和垃圾箱设计中的应用。公共环境座椅和垃圾箱设计应遵循宜人尺度和最佳材料的基本原则。主要从最佳材料选用角度出发,详细分析了木塑复合材料的性能。结果表明,木塑复合材料具有稳定的热工性能、耐腐蚀性能好、具有较强的耐微生物降解性且不易吸水、积水等诸多优点,满足公共环境座椅和垃圾箱材料的要求。
With the public environment chairs and the bin as the research object, this article analyzed the application of wood plastic composites (WPCs) in the design of public environment chairs and the bin. Public environment chairs and the bin design should follow the basic principles of pleasant scale and best material. From the angle of the best material selection, the performances of WPCs was analyzed in detail. The results show that wood plastic composite material has advantages such as good thermal stability, good corrosion resistance, strong resistance to microbial degradation and water absorption and water retention, which could meet the requirements of the public environment chairs and the bin material.
