摘要
针对永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)伺服控制系统存在低速运行不平稳等问题提出了一种结合速度、电流双闭环的自抗扰配合PI的综合控制方法。实验中选择型号为TMS320F2812的DSP作为主控芯片,设计了永磁同步电机驱动控制系统硬件装置,通过软件程序为电机的速度环和电流环分别设计了自抗扰、PI控制器,以实现对扰动的实时估计与补偿。实验记录了永磁同步电机的速度响应曲线,实验数据证明文章中所提算法实现了永磁同步电机响应的快速性和运行的稳定性。
The ADRC with PI control method with speed and current double closed loop is proposed basedon the servo system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) which has problems such as lowspeed running is not smooth. The writer chooses the TMS320F2812 of DSP as the major control chip anddesigns the hardware of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system. In order to realizethe real-time estimation and compensation of disturbances, ADRC and PI control system are designedrespectively for the speed loop and current loop of the motor by programming. This experiment records thespeed response curve of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. And the experimental data shows that theproposed algorithm achieves the high speed and stable running of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
