摘要
现代工业生产对液压、气动夹紧系统要求越来越高,环保、高效、智能、柔性化是夹紧系统的发展方向。结合工程实际,设计了一种绿色节能的复合夹紧系统。这一系统以压缩空气为动力源,利用铰杆机构和帕斯卡原理实现大输出力,结构灵活,节能环保,符合绿色制造与柔性制造的发展理念。
The requirements for hydraulic and pneumatic clamping system in modem industrial production are getting higher and higher. Environmental protection, high efficiency, intelligence and flexibility are the trends for development of the clamping system. Combined with engineering practice, a green & energy-saving compound clamping system was designed. This system takes compressed air as the power source and adopts hinge mechanism and Pascal principle to achieve large output. Featuring flexible structure, energy saving and environmental protection, it is in line with the development concept of green manufacturing and flexible manufacturing.
