对现有坚果机械剥壳原理、方法和特点进行了介绍,设计了一种简单的开心果剥壳工具,对其结构、工作原理及创新点进行了分析,为坚果剥壳机具的研制提供参考。

Introduced the principle, method and characteristics of existing mechanical peeling tool for nut shell. A simple shell peeling tool for pistachio was designed and its structure, working principle and innovation feature were analyzed which could provide a reference for the development of nut huller.
