摘要 螺栓是机械工业中重要的连接零件,对工程安全性的作用至关重要。在满足装配可靠性、密封性等要求的情况下,如何减小材料消耗、节约成本是一个值得研究的课题。基于MATLAB平台研究了螺栓组连接的优化设计,减小了螺栓材料的使用量,使成本节约36.72%。对优化后的螺栓连接进行有限元验证,确认满足使用要求。 Bohs are important connecting parts in the machinery industry and are critical to the safety in the engineering. On occasions to meet the requirements of assembly reliability, sealing and so on, how to reduce the material consumption and cost is a subject matter worthy for study. Based on MATLAB platform, the optimal design of bolt set joints was investigated and as the result, the consumption of bolt material was reduced while the cost was saved by 36.72%. The finite element was used to verify the optimized bolting and it was confirmed that the requirements were satisfied.
