摘要
介绍了数控龙门镗铣床新配置数控万能附件铣头的选型、安装、调试、精度检测等工作,通过对机床数控系统附件铣头数控摆动轴伺服控制方案配置调试、附件铣头自动交换宏程序编制、附件铣头数控摆动轴定位精度检测与补偿、附件铣头刀具原点补偿宏程序编制等工作,拓展了数控龙门镗铣床的使用功能,提升了数控龙门镗铣床的整体加工能力。
Gave an introduction on selection, installation, commissioning and precision testing when a new universal NC attached mill head was set on CNC gantry-type boring-milling machine. The operating functions of CNC gantry boring-milling machine will be expanded to enhance its overall processing capacity via setup and debugging of the servo control program in the CNC system for NC swing axis of the attached mill head, establishment of the macro program for automatic head exchange, detection and compensation of the positioning accuracy of NC swing axis of the attached mill head and establishment of the macro program for origin compensation of the attached mill head.
