摘要
对水平井套管损坏修复整形装置进行了介绍。应用ANSYS软件对装置的运动机构进行静力校核,分析了活塞杆在最大负荷条件下的应力应变情况,确保装置的静态刚度及机械强度。应用ADAMS软件建立了装置运动机构的多刚体模型,对系统速度、加速度及位移曲线进行分析,并对关键部件驱动力矩进行运动仿真。通过分析确认装置达到了理论安全要求,为现场试验提供了依据。
Introduced the restoring and reshaping device for damaged horizontal well casing. ANSYS software was used to calibrate the static force of the motion mechanism of the device, and the stress and strain of the piston rod under the maximum load were analyzed to ensure the static rigidity and mechanical strength of the device. ADAMS software was used to establish the multi-rigid body model of the device motion mechanism. The velocity, acceleration and displacement curve of the system were analyzed, and the driving moments of critical components were simulated. Through the analysis it was confirmed that the device could achieve the theoretical safety reauirements and it might provide the reference for field test.
