煤化工企业尿素生产过程中的节能与降耗研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着社会经济发展,科技发展越来越迅速,传统的煤化工产业存在着诸如产能低,环境污染严重等问题,作为国家中流砥柱的化工企业当前情况无法满足发展要求。因此化工产业应该主动加强节能减排,实现低碳发展。本文将从传统煤化工产业的尿素生产原理出发,通过对制作方法的分析,对煤化工工厂在尿素生产过程中对人体与环境造成危害的原因进行剖析,并对煤化工企业在今后发展与运作中的操作细节与生产工艺的改进办法提出一些能够有建设性的建议,使其能够在环境友好性和技术先进性上能够有所发展。 With the development of social economy, science and technology developing rapidly, the traditional coal chemical industry has problems such as low productivity, serious environmental, pollution and other issues, as a national mainstay of chemical enterprises cannot meet the requirements of the development of the current situation.The chemical industry should take the initiative to strengthen energy conservation, low-carbon development.This paper from the perspective of the urea production principle of traditional coal chemical industry, through the analysis of the production method, the coal chemical plant in urea production process on human and environmental harm caused by the reasons for analysis, and in the latter part of the coal chemical enterprises to put forward some constructive suggestions on the future development and improvement measures details of the operation and the production process, so that it can be advanced in the development of environmentally friendly and technology.
