甲醇既是工业上应用很广的化工产品与原料,其需求量在各种工业生产中一直很高。在煤化工行业中,通常都是选用煤制甲醇的技术来对甲醇进行大量制备。随着我国石油资源不断消耗及正在逐渐降低的甲醇制备成本,使甲醇得到更广泛应用。通过分析大型煤制甲醇工业对经济发展的必要性,探索其气化和合成工艺的选择。

Methanol, CH3OH, is a widely used chemical product and raw material in industry.Its demand is very high in all kinds of industrial production.In the coal chemical industry, usually the use of coal methanol technology to a large number of methanol preparation.With the continuous depletion of China＇ s oil resources and is gradually reducing the cost of methanol production, so that methanol is more widely used.This paper analyzes the necessity of economic development of large-scale coal-made methanol industry and explores the selection of gasification and synthesis process.
