近年来,随着煤炭提质利用项目的高速发展,碱法脱硫工艺的应用也日益增多。在硫化氢含量较低、杂质含量较高的情况下,传统的熔硫工艺的局限日益显现,这在一定程度上影响了碱法脱硫的发展。因此,主要研究在碱法脱硫工艺中应用板框滤机替代传统熔硫工艺,希望能够给相关工作人员提供一定的参考和帮助。

In recent years, with the rapid development of coal quality improvement project, the application of alkali desulfurization process is also increasing.In the case of low hydrogen sulfide content and high impurity content, the limitations of the traditional molten sulfur process are becoming more and more obvious, which affects the development of alkali desulfurization to a certain extent.Therefore, this paper mainly studies the application of plate-frame filter in the alkali desulfurization process to replace the traditional sulfur-sulfur process, hoping to provide some reference and help to the relevant staff.
