摘要
在输油管道的设计中,管径的确定与保温层厚度的计算是相互关联的、相互制约的。建立了外输管道总体优化设计的数学模型,并运用Matlab软件进行了编程求解,得到了最佳的管径、保温层厚度和起点温度,同时对数学模型中的非优化参数进行了敏感性分析。
In the design of the oil pipeline, the diameter of the determination and insulation layer thickness calculation is interrelated, mutual restraint.The mathematical model of the overall optimization design of the external pipeline is established and the optimal solution diameter, the thickness of the insulation layer and the starting point temperature are obtained by MATLAB software.The sensitivity analysis of the non-optimized parameters in the mathematical model is also carried out.
