摘要
随着不锈钢和洁净钢的不断发展,炼钢工艺中二次精炼要求越来越高,镁钙砖作为清洁耐材以其良好的高温性能得以大量使用。但镁钙砖最大的缺点就在于潮湿环境中容易水化。基于此,研究了烧成镁钙砖的优缺点及水化影响并分析了几种防水化的方法。
With the continuous development of stainless steel and clean steel in steelmaking process, two refining requirements more and more high, magnesia calcium brick as a clean refractory at high temperature its good performance can be widely used.But the biggest disadvantage of magnesia calcium brick is that it is easy hydration in damp environment.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of sintering and hydration effect of magnesia calcium brick and analyzes several solutions for waterproof.
