近年来,我国和国外一些专家学者对乙酰氨基阿维菌素的研究越来越多,也越来越深入。同时,在市场上,乙酰氨基阿维菌素的需求量也在不断的加大,所以,进一步研究乙酰氨基阿维菌素的保护反应,并在合成工艺方面获得新的进步,是一项重要工作。主要针对乙酰氨基阿维菌素的保护反应进行研究,提出了相关的保护反应工艺流程,希望能够为今后乙酰氨基阿维菌素研究及工业化生产带来参考。

In recent years, some experts and scholars from China and abroad have studied more and more of acetaminophenidin. At the same time, in the market, the demand for acetamidobarmectin is also increasing, so it is very important to further study the protective reaction of acetamidobarmectin and to make new progress in synthetic process work.In this paper, we mainly study the protective reaction of acetamidobacterium, and put forward the related process of protective reaction technology, hoping to provide reference for the future research and industrial production of acetaminophen.
