渣油加氢工艺类型及操作主要影响因素分析

摘要 为有效地利用石油资源,满足市场对轻质和中间馏分油的需求,急需进行渣油轻质化处理。当前国内各炼化企业进行渣油加工主要通过溶剂脱沥青、热加工、渣油加氢、渣油催化裂化等方法解决。其中,渣油加氢处理技术因较好的渣油脱硫效果和轻质油收率,是近年发展最快的一项技术。在当前几种常见的加氢工艺基础上就影响渣油加氢工艺操作的几个主要因素进行了分析。 In order to effectively utilize the petroleum resources and meet the market demand for light and middle distillate o11, it is urgent to carry out the treatment of the residue.At present, the domestic petrochemical enterprises to carry out residue processing mainly through solvent deasphalting, thermal processing, residue hydrogenation, residue catalytic cracking and other methods to solve, which residue hydrotreating technology due to better residue desulfurization effect and light Quality oil yield, is the fastest growing technology in recent years.This paper introduces several main factors that affect the operation of residue hydrogenation process on the basis of several common hydrogenation processes.
